Every athlete strives to be successful but not at the expense of our career, health and family. The secret to athletic success is constancy to purpose through a time efficient/results-oriented approach to training. Each athlete is unique; possessing different strengths, weaknesses, experiences, goals and lifestyle. With these fundamentals in mind I personally create individualized training programs designed to maximize training time and results.
